Remarkably, on the same date she picked up the car, she was also notified by Mary Kay that she and her incredible unit achieved the spectacular title of #1 Most Improved Unit in the entire state of Nevada in 2024.
The Mary Kay Career Car Program, established in 1969, recognizes Independent Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors who achieve extraordinary sales and leadership milestones. Mary Kay Independent Sales Directors and top-performing Independent Beauty Consultants have the opportunity to earn the use of career cars such as the Cadillac XT5, Chevrolet Equinox, and Chevrolet Trax — or opt for cash compensation instead. Remarkably, only approximately 1% of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants qualify for this prestigious recognition each year.
Since its inception, the program has awarded the use of more than 171,000 career cars to Mary Kay independent sales force members. Currently, over 3,600 career cars, including more than 1,000 iconic Pink Cadillacs, are driven by Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors nationwide.
