Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada just recently celebrated their 16th Annual TRIUMPHANT: Celebrating Women in Leadership Awards Dinner on November 15. TRIUMPHANT is a stunning awards gala recognizing and honoring the women across the Sierras who are driving positive change and making a different in our community.

This year’s event was definitely one for the history books. This was our first year holding the event at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, and among the incredible women honored was CJ Manthe of Carson City, Commissioner for the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.
