Santa Claus will be visiting DeBug Computers in Carson City on Saturday to help bring Christmas cheer to those less fortunate.

This is DeBug’s third year putting on an event to help the sheriff’s office with its Holiday with a Hero event, which pairs up Carson City sheriff’s deputies, firefighters and public officials with dozens of pre-selected local students, many of who don’t have permanent homes and live in poverty.

DeBug does its part by holding the event on its property where people can take photos with Santa and the donations made for the photos go directly to the Holiday with a Hero fund. Debug also contributes equipment, time and makes its own donation.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at DeBug’s Carson City office, 591 S. Saliman Rd. Ste 2 Carson City, this Saturday Dec. 5. Pictures will be taken/printed in exchange for a donation to the “Holiday with a Hero” fund. “Holiday with a Hero” raises money throughout the year to take less fortunate children shopping with a uniformed

DeBug says it will do this on a first come first serve basis and encourages families to come early. Call (775) 883-3630 with any questions.
