Advocates to End Domestic Violence and Classy Seconds Thrift Shop will be hosting their second annual Christmas Sneak Peek on Friday, November 21 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Classy Seconds in Carson City. Tickets are $3 in advance and $5 at the door, all proceeds will benefit Advocates to End Domestic Violence.
Throughout the year Classy Seconds saves all donated Holiday decorations. During the day of the 21st they will close the shop and deck the halls with the largest selection of gently used holiday items in town. Last year’s event sold out, with guests securing great deals on beautiful artificial Christmas trees, vintage ornaments and trendy decorations.

Advocates to End Domestic Violence is a private, not-for-profit organization, formed in 1979 by two formerly battered women who saw a need for a domestic violence program in Carson City, Nevada.
The agency has grown from a small two-bedroom apartment, to a full service program that operates a 51-bed shelter and provides a wide variety of services designed to protect and support battered women and their children in the community.
