UPDATE: All but around 70 NV Energy customers had their power restored in the Mound House area just after 8:30 p.m. Thursday after an outage that began shortly after 5 p.m. NV Energy said the outage happened in three neighborhoods in the Mound House area and had affected just over 300 customers.

UPDATE: A power outage Thursday evening in the Mound House area has affected around 300 customers, according to NV Energy.
The outage, which began after 5 p.m., has affected neighborhoods in the area of James Court with 71 customers, 226 customers between Calcite and Cash Drive, a portion of Highland Drive and customers off of Kit Kat near Adair Drive. NV Energy had hoped to have power fully resorted by 8 p.m. As of 8:12 p.m. it says it was re-evaluating its restoration time estimate.
