Carson City area casinos saw a 1.35 increase in gaming revenue in September, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reports Tuesday. Statewide, however, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming license holders report an overall decrease of nearly 6 percent over 2013 figures.

At Lake Tahoe, casinos at Stateline south shore saw revenues increase 7.18 percent over September 2013 and a 15.44 percent decrease with casinos at the north shore. Casinos in Reno and Sparks saw slight gaming related profits decline.
