The Nevada Day Parade is wrapping up its 80th annual celebration on Carson Street. But the festivities continue on Bob McFadden Plaza with the popular annual beard contest as well as the Battle For Nevada roller derby competition featuring Carson City’s own Carson Victory Rollers at the Carson City Community Center gymnasium.
