Nevada Day weekend got off to a rousing start Friday with the third annual Passport to Downtown in Carson City.

The family-fun event, a prelude to Saturday’s Nevada Day Parade through downtown Carson City, featured food, music, street performers, bouncy inflatables, stunt shows by The Wheel House and more.

There is still time to get in on the fun at the third annual Passport to Downtown, which runs until 4 p.m. Friday.
