Tonight, Wednesday October 22 a ribbon cutting and grand opening will be held at the new Fuego & Bali restaurant in south Carson City.

Located inside HomeGrown Bowl at 4600 Snyder Avenue, the former 50s-style Johnny Rockets burger shop has been transformed to a fusion restaurant serving both authentic street tacos and exotic Balinese dishes.

Balinese is a fusion of Indian, Chinese and Indonesian food.
