A motorcyclist was injured and taken to Renown Medical Center in Reno following a crash this afternoon at the intersection of Carson Street and College Parkway. The crash remains under investigation.

Care Flight has been called and Carson City emergency crews have responded this afternoon to a motorcycle crash involving a vehicle at the Intersection Carson Street and College Parkway. The crash was reported just after 2:35 p.m.
The motorcyclist was reported to be a 35-year-old man who is conscious with injuries to his right leg. The crash area is in the middle of the intersection. Care Flight will land in the old Kmart parking lot adjacent from Bully’s. He will be flown to the trauma unit at Renown Medical Center in Reno.
Traffic in the area is being re-directed around the crash. Motorists should avoid the area.
