Carson City Fire Department responded Sunday afternoon to a report of a small fire off of Curry Street in the area where new homes are being built.
The call came into dispatch at around 1:35 p.m. Arriving firefighters report construction debris on fire near a dumpster and was not threatening structures. The fire was knocked down at around 1:40 p.m.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
