The first-ever Carson City Community Garage Sale was held Saturday throughout the Nevada state capital, a community-wide event organized by the Carson City Department of Parks, Recreation and Open Space.
More than 20 sellers set up space in the parking lot of the Carson City Community Center, while dozens of others browsed and shopped wares for sale there.
In addition to the Community Center venue, garage sales were occurring all over Carson City in a coordinated one-day effort.
