Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies were called Saturday afternoon to a vehicle accident with one person injured in the 1800 block of North Carson Street.
Arriving first responders report a 64-year-old man conscious and alert but experiencing some neck pain. The rear-end type accident is in the northbound lane in front of the Warren Inn and was reported shortly before 1 p.m.
Traffic is being diverted around the crash scene. Motorists can expect some delays.
