If you’re looking for a cat with personality plus, meet Spirit—a big, stunning, blue-gray boy with a silky medium length coat who likely has some Russian Blue heritage. Just over a year old, he’s the total package for the right home: handsome, affectionate, smart, and full of energy.
Raised as a bottle baby, Spirit has grown into a very social, people-loving cat who enjoys cuddles, lap time, and plenty of attention. He’s a true purr bucket who will happily rev his motor the minute you touch him. He’s also quite talkative—Spirit will let you know what he wants and isn’t shy about sharing his opinions!
Don’t let his love for snuggles fool you—this guy is also a high-energy athlete. Spirit is playful, curious, and always ready to be in the middle of the action. If there’s an adventure to be had, Spirit is first in line. He also loves his food—both wet and dry—and would be more than happy to “help” you with your people food if given the chance.
Because of his energy and intelligence, Spirit is not a good fit for a quiet home full of fragile treasures. He will thrive in an active household with space to run, climb, jump and play. School-aged children would make wonderful playmates, and it’s very important that Spirit have an animal companion—whether a young, friendly cat or a cat-friendly dog—to match his lively spirit. He also loves human company and would do best in a home where someone is around much of the day.

Catmandu is open for adoptions Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please arrive by 3 p.m. so you have plenty of time to meet the cats. Renters must bring a copy of their lease showing pets are allowed.
