A candlelight vigil was held for the victims of the shooting this morning at the IHOP restaurant on South Carson Street. The unofficial vigil was held from around 8:30 p.m. to around 9:15 p.m. at the fallen soldier’s memorial at the State Capitol grounds, with a couple of hundred people in attendance.
