Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies were called Monday afternoon to investigate a gas leak in the 400 block of Allouette Way.
A call came into dispatch at around 2:45 p.m. regarding the leak with the reporting party noting that they had been digging and caused the leak.
Carson City Fire Department personnel have arrived on scene. The leak was secured at 2:54 p.m. Southwest Gas has been notified. Motorists are advised to stay clear of the area.
