UPDATE 11:20AM: The Carson City Sheriff’s Office now believes the suspect is the same one perpetrating other vehicle burglaries, including at St. Theresa’s Church on Lompa Lane, Foothill Gardens apartment complex on Russell Way and at Foodmaxx on Highway 50 in Carson City.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle burglary and attempted commercial burglary that occurred last Wednesday, August 9 at approximately 9:30 p.m. at 3400 block of Executive Pointe Way in Carson City. A suspect was observed on surveillance cameras.
The suspect is described as a possible Hispanic male with short hair or a shaved head. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt with a blue University of Nevada logo, yellow or orange shorts and red shoes.
