Classic cars had their dust brushed off, their paint polished and their engines revved for the Silver Dollar Car Classic in Carson City’s Mills Park Saturday. The car show kicked off with a Kiwanis pancake breakfast and was followed by a Show ‘n Shine, music, vendors and judging. Judging concludes at 4 p.m. with the show returning Sunday at 8 a.m. with breakfast, poker runs, a barbecue and award ceremony.
