Gaming revenue at Carson City and Carson Valley casinos remained relatively flat in June, while Lake Tahoe casinos saw solid increases compared to a year ago, according to figures released Friday from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Casinos in Carson City and Douglas County except for Lake Tahoe, took in a gaming “win” of $8,156,469 for the month, down .93 or less than one percent.

Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $887,413,848 for the month, a 6.80 percent increase compared to June 2015.

Casinos at north shore Lake Tahoe saw a significant “win” with revenue up nearly 18 percent. South Shore Lake Tahoe casinos saw a healthy bounce of 6.47 percent for the month.

Casinos in Reno, Sparks and Washoe County all saw gaming revenue increases.
