Look alive, Northern Nevada! Hot off the heels of their first weekend celebrating their one year anniversary, the Nashville Social Club is keeping The Spirit of Music City in Carson City alive and is opening their home to customers seven days a week. To top it all off, Nashville Social Club will be extending their brunch services to Saturday and Sunday, along with hosting their first pop-up shop on July 15 and 16 during their first full brunch weekend.
For Co-owners, Kitty McKay and John Procaccini, “these twelve months of sharing fabulous food, drink and live music, with friends old and new, has been mightily soul-stirring,” says the duo. As they relish in their first year of good times brought on by the 19 time “Best of Carson City” nominated restaurant, bar and venue, Kitty and John are “humbled and grateful beyond belief for the enthusiastic support of our incredible community. We’re also amped for the cool developments to come as we roll into Year Two. THANK YOU Northern Nevada.”
As NSC swings into year two, they will continue with their Sunday brunch and extend their brunch hours to Saturdays starting July 15. This expansion ultimately gives customers double the opportunity to experience Executive Chef, Tony Schafers’ southern cuisine, along with the chance to try his new brunch menu selections like the RibEye n’ Eggs and Crab Cakes Benedict.
If the additional brunch menu selections aren’t enough to get you on your feet, the Nashville Social Club will debut their first ever pop-up shop featuring the multi-talented hat maker and founder of E.L & Co., Lindsay. Known for her one-of-a-kind, high quality headwear, Lindsay aims to make crafty designs that allow customers to “express their individual selves through their wardrobe,” allowing them to wear something that embodies what they love. Lindsay will showcase her one-of-a-kind hat creations at the first pop-up shop during brunch hours on July 15 and 16.
There’s no celebration without dessert and NSC’s Tamara Amundson really has all the sweets that you will ever need with her “Lovin’ from the Oven” desserts. Known for making desserts that make customers’ hearts sing, Tamara wants “folks to feel HOMEMADE soul, from scratch, with love and care,” expanding on the NSC culture that is “love all y’all!” Tamara’s desserts are a delectable treat that you can now get seven days a week.
With year two finally here, the Nashville Social Club is eager to thank all their customers and supporters. After a year filled with making new friends and new adventures, year two shows promise to be even better with new menu items, specials all month long, residency shows and more live music than ever before.
