If you love mysteries mixed with a touch of Nevada history, you’ll want to meet Nevada author Jay Crowley at Browsers Corner Book Store’s next author event happening this Friday, July 11 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Jay Crowley lives in beautiful Jacks Valley at the base of Lake Tahoe. Her mystery stories offer some fascinating insights into Nevada’s history while you follow her characters in solving crimes.

This Friday, Jay will share her book A Touch of Murder about a local quilting club called the Wild Stitchers who get involved in solving a murder case. And you’ll discover some facts about Carson City’s history with paranormal events.

She will also read from her book Myths and Mayhem which weaves myths about the Hanging Glove and the Water Babies of Pyramid into its mystery story.
