A 28-year-old woman was arrested Monday for suspicion of misdemeanor trespass not amounting to burglary, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office booking report.
Deputies were called to a West Nye Lane apartment for a person who was previously trespassed from the property. On the prior call, a CCSO deputy was dispatched to the same location and made contact with the reporting party (RP) who said the woman started drinking wine and became aggressive.
She was asked to leave the residence several times and she refused. Because she refused to leave, CCSO was contacted. The RP stated they wanted the woman trespassed for six months. Deputies arrived and asked the woman to leave and informed her she was being trespassed. The woman became verbally aggressive, the report states.
The officer informed her that if she did not leave, she would be arrested. After several attempts to calm her down and offering various types of transportation, the woman gathered her belongings and left the residence.
With the most recent call, deputies were called back to the apartments. The RP stated the woman re-entered the apartment and that they wanted her arrested for trespassing. Deputies arrived and saw the woman sleeping on a couch in the living room. The officer woke her up and arrested her for trespass. Bail: $637.

— A 27-year-old man was booked Tuesday into Carson City Jail for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued Sept. 9, 2025 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $500.
— A 42-year-old woman booked for a failure to appear warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance. No bail hold in lieu of hearing.
— A 38-year-old woman, Tameka Johnna Webb, was arrested early Tuesday for a felony warrant alleging obtaining money under false pretense and uttering a fictitious bill. Bail: $1,500.
