A Nevada Highway Patrol trooper and local man help baby geese cross the road Saturday morning on Carson Street in Carson City.

The officer was going to supply a ramp for the babies to get up on the curb, however Mom and Dad did not want any part of that so a local man, seen in the photo, was able to get enough distance between the parents and the chicks so the officer and him could both help the chicks up on the curb. Love our small town!
