As the 2015 regular session of the Nevada Legislature closed down Monday night, an often-heard word to describe the session was “historic.”
Certainly, the $1.3 billion plan of new and extended taxes is the largest in state history. Ditto with the state’s new $7.4 billion general-fund budget for the next two-year budget cycle.
