Expect activity from regional fire ground and aerial crews in north Carson City and south Washoe Valley tomorrow, Thursday, May 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is only a drill.
Crews will be engaging in a wildfire training drill, with fire engines and emergency vehicles responding, along with low-flying aircraft, and personnel conducting emergency operations.
The drill is not associated with Carson City’s evacuation drill that happened earlier this morning.
