It’s Your City host Cortney Bloomer talks with Carson City Ward 2 Supervisor Brad Bonkowski. The two discuss the Carson City Planning Commission, upcoming projects including the proposed Capitol Mall project being considered in a large area behind the Carson Nugget.
The proposed project includes a 150-room hotel, a 750-1,000 seat conference center, offices, mixed retail and commercial space, public plazas, and associated structured parking on a total of approximately 10.5 acres of property within the downtown area.
