Carson Montessori Charter Schools 6th Grade students participated in Career Shadow Day having the opportunity to experience real world hands on learning while being immersed in various professions.
The collaboration with community and local businesses builds upon our Financial Literacy program tying in career options, work ethic and setting goals.
Students jumped right in going through the car buying process, including participating in calculating financing, being behind the line in the kitchen, building, designing, litigating, serving, and caring for others.
The support of Adele’s, Lone Mountain Veterinary Hospital, Sonic, Vital Signs, Allison MacKenzie Law Firm, Small Blessings, Foster Machining, Mayor Bob Crowell, Dolan Auto Group and Todd’s Body Shop further strengthens the growth of education in today’s youth.
