As of 2 p.m.: Emergency personnel are currently responding to a fatal accident near Yerington at 95A and Sierra Way in Wabuska. All lanes are currently blocked. Please avoid the area and anticipate delays. 

The highway is anticipated to remain closed for several hours while law enforcement and emergency medical services remain on scene.
