  • The grand opening of Xqusite's Diamond Strong Freedom Center.

The grand opening for our newly located Diamond Strong Freedom Center at 310 N. Stewart Street in Carson City was an overwhelming success. There is something amazing that happens when passionate people come together for a common cause.

We at Xquisite realized that at our grand opening, the collective community support was evidenced by the standing room only attendance and truly the atmosphere was tangibly filled with expectancy and hope. We were honored to have our Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell affirm our mission and state “this is what our community needs, this is a calling and thank you for providing a place of safety.”

We also received accommodations from Molly Rose Lewis, who represents Senator Jackie Rosen’s office. We are grateful for the support of our Chamber of Commerce and Ronni Hannaman, along with Rob Joiner who also presented us with an accommodation and ribbon cutting to commemorate our grand opening.

The Diamond Strong Freedom Center is only made possibly by generous passionate partners who believe in our mission to bring freedom and empowerment to sexually exploited victims and survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence to live healthy flourishing lives.

We are grateful for the guests who came to support us including Steve Neighbors, The Adam’s Hub for Innovation, Captain Daniel Gonzales, representatives from the FBI, Nicole Reilly Ombudsman for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office Advocates to End Domestic Violence, Robin Smith from Refuge for Women, Awaken, the Charleston Law Center team, C.I.R.C.L.E.S Initiative – Denise Hecht-Mack and JD Powers, Molly Dahl, Kimberly Weingartner from the Katie Grace Foundation, Ellen Jackson from Spirit of Hope, Lori Baxter from Bella Vita, Lori Morris and Shannon from Intimate Floral Designs, Laura Maine from Story Time Photography, Shelby Holte from WildPeak Photo, and the many amazing passionate friends who filled our center with their support of Xquisite.

I am grateful to our community and look forward to all that we will accomplish together. The Diamond Strong Freedom Center has a team that make all that Xquisite offers to our community by their beautiful hearts to serve the victims and survivors that come to our doors possible.

This team of warriors serve tirelessly and they are the reason for the success of our newly opened Diamond Strong Freedom Center and Drop-In Center.
