- — Easter Morning Sunrise Service at the Capitol Grounds Amphitheater (7:30am; sponsored by C5 Church)
- — Breakfast and Bowling at Carson Lanes (breakfast served 7:30am -11am, unlimited bowling 9am-12pm; $13, $8 kids 8 and younger)
- — Annual High School Rodeo at the Douglas County Fairgrounds: 2 miles down Pinenut Rd, Gardnerville (competition begins 8am; sponsored by the Douglas-Carson Rodeo Club)
- — Celebrate Easter and McKeen Motor Car Rides at the Nevada State Railroad Museum (9am-4pm; free hand car rides 12pm-1pm; McKeen Motor Car rides 1pm-4pm, $8/$4 kids 4-11 and members; egg hunt, building candy trains; coloring sheets; story time with children’s book author Calamity Jan; and other surprises; museum admission $6 adults, children under 18 free)
- — CC BMX Racing and Easter Egg Hunt at the Livermore (Edmonds) Sports Complex: 1555 Livermore Lane (sign-ups 9am-10am; $10, must be USABMX member; new rider kits available; If running late, call/text 775-220-7111)
- — Muscle Powered Weekly Bike Ride – Meet in the south parking lot of Fremont Elementary School, next to the Linear Ditch Trail (meet at 9am; consists of two loops 10-15 miles long each, this will allow a rider to do 10-15 miles or 20-30 miles; ride pace will vary depending on rider level, but usually about 12-16 mph; All riders must have a bicycle in safe working condition, helmet, and closed toed shoes.
