The following arrests and bookings were made Wednesday and early Thursday by the Carson City Sheriff’s Office. Those arrested and facing criminal charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
A 24-year-old Carson City woman, Kady Joann Werlinger, was arrested Wednesday, 3:17 p.m. at East Nye and Lida Circle on felony probation violation and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said. She was being held without bail on the felony charge pending an April 6 Western Regional Drug Court hearing. Bail for the misdemeanor charge: $1,137.
In other arrests: A 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Thursday, 5:28 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant, violation of a suspended sentence, issued March 18, 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A Carson City man was arrested Thursday, 12:21 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Long Street on a misdemeanor warrant alleging battery, issued March 20, 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A 26-year-old Sun Valley woman was booked into Carson City Jail on Wednesday, 11:34 p.m. for three misdemeanor warrants issued in 2013 out of Carson City Justice Court. The warrants were for open container in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license and contempt of court. Bail: $906.
— A 20-year-old Truckee man was booked Wednesday, 2:47 p.m. into Carson City Jail on two misdemeanor failure to appear traffic warrants issued Jan. 30, 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court and Feb. 14, 2015 out of Reno Township Court. Bail: $1,660.
— A 32-year-old Reno woman was booked into Carson City jail Wednesday, 8:20 a.m. on a misdemeanor warrant, contempt of court, issued March 13, 2015 out of Washoe District Court. Bail: $500.
