Carson City Fire Department was called Wednesday night to a single-vehicle crash into a tree in the area of College Drive and Combs Canyon Road.
A Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputy and first responder reports the driver to be a male in his 40s. The crash was reported at around 7 p.m. The vehicle had airbag deployment.
The patient was conscious when paramedics arrived and his injuries were being evaluated. His injuries were non life-threatening and he was to be transported by ground ambulance to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
