A 36-year-old Nevada Transportation Authority supervisor who has been arrested multiple times for DUI related charges, and arrested earlier this month on felony drug charges after he allegedly attempted to buy three grams of heroin from a Tri-NET Narcotic Task Force confidential source, has resigned, according to KOLO.

Robert Reasoner, a supervising investigator with the Nevada Transporation Authority was arrested Feb. 15, for suspicion to violate the controlled substance act and offering or arrange to sell or purchase of a controlled substance. In January he was arrested after he allegedly drove his state owned vehicle into a parked car and fled the scene.

KOLO reports investigators met with him this week, where he declined the interview and resigned. Go here for the full story.
