A local disabled veteran left his hat at last Friday’s Independent film festival, held at the Carson City Community Center. He has asked if it was turned in. It hasn’t, organizers said.
If found, you can drop it off at the Carson City Library, 900 North Roop Street, Carson City. The cap looks like the one in the photo above.
