The Nevada Highway Patrol, a division of the Nevada State Police, along with participating law enforcement agencies statewide have joined forces through most of February to remove impaired drivers from Nevada’s roadways.

Impaired driving remains one of the leading contributing factors in fatal crashes. Through increased enforcement, public awareness and education, the Nevada Highway Patrol remains committed to reducing traffic-related deaths and working toward zero fatalities on Nevada roads.

The Nevada State Police Office of Traffic Safety provides funding for law enforcement agencies to participate in the Joining Forces program, which focuses on reducing traffic deaths and serious injuries statewide.
