With “abandon” as its January theme, there was a four-way tie for first place among Carson City area photographers in the monthly Carson City Photo Club competition.

The Carson City Photo Club meets at 6 p.m., on the first Tuesday of every month except December at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Ormsby Room, 911 East Musser Street. Use west entrance. Become a member and submit your photo. All levels of photographers are welcome. Go here for information.
