Highway 395, the main artery between Carson City and Douglas County has reopened, partially, this Saturday morning with 1 lane opened for northbound traffic and 1 lane opened for southbound traffic, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
It had been closed since Friday due to the Carson River spilling onto the Cradlebaugh Bridge. NHP urges drivers to use caution.
