A number of Carson Now readers have asked about two or more loud explosions heard in town this afternoon. According to Carson City dispatch, the sheriff’s office SWAT team is doing exercises Wednesday using flash-bag devices as part of the training.
The exercises are being held in the area of Fifth and Stewart streets.
