A struggle ensued between the victim and suspect, the report said. The suspect then put his hands and arms around the victim’s neck during the struggle, the arrest report states. The victim reported getting her face slammed into the corner of a door.

Ford then entered the child’s room and grabbed him. Due to the condition of the inside of the house upon entry, Sheriff’s deputies contacted the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services for a follow-up. They advised the victim that the house, which smelled of cat urine, needed to be cleaned.
