Photo by Bob Buehler — This is Mt Tallac overlooking Lake Tahoe on Jan 2, 2025. There was an interesting fog bank running along the west shore up towards Tahoe City. The fog was above the water line and below the top of the mountain range. It’s off to the right hand side of this image.
I took this photo this morning around 9:30 from the old lodge grounds at Round Hill Pines.
