March 7, 2014 - 9:30am Carson City Library’s Technology Trainer Molly Walt will visit the Carson City Senior Center Friday, March 7, and bring with her a @ Two Digital Learning Center workshop on the use of social networking with an emphasis on popular networking sites Facebook and Pinterest; if time allows, Twitter will also be offered.

March 27, 2013 (All day) The Carson City Senior Citizens Center will be holding open auditions for the 16th Annual Senior Follies production on Wednesday, March 27th from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Carson City Senior Citizens Center Main Dining Room, 911 Beverly Dr., Carson City. Performance dates are Sept. 13, 14 and 15 at the Carson City Community Center’s Bob Boldrick Theater. This year’s theme is “Around the World in 80 Minutes” and is directed by Carla Wilson.
Carson City celebrates $3.6 million senior housing development with ceremony

Building will begin June 14 on a $3.6 million, 42-unit senior apartment complex in Carson City, designed to help close the gap in a shortage of affordable retirement housing here.
