DIY Class - Wood Toy Making Class!

Lego Day at the Children's Museum!

The Children’s Museum of Northern Nevada in Carson City will be hosting a Lego Day at the Museum. This day will be filled with fun activities like crafts, photos, and (of course) Legos!

Legos are a great way to help children develop many skills including visualizing in the third dimension, developing literary skills, learning to follow instructions, and is simply a great way to spend time with your child! The Museum has already prepped Covid-19 safe “packs” of Legos.

Dayton native and Life Scout Suzanna Stankute is making strides with Boy Scouts of America.

Stankute, 14, is one of the only girls in her council on the verge of earning her Eagle Scout rank. The Eagle Scout rank is the highest achievement attainable in the Scouts BSA program. Members who earn this rank must go through a lengthy review process and complete an Eagle Scout project.
