Jukebox International Film Festival winds down with music films, workshop and awards

Jukebox International Film Festival, which celebrates music and film, begins its last day of its 3-day run at noon today, Thursday, at the Carson City Community Center.

The day will kick off with a block of music videos, then go right into the pictured films. Another panel discussion concerning copyrights, licensing and other legal matters will be at 4 p.m. The festival concludes with an awards presentation at 9 p.m.

The current VP of Screen Actors Guild, Darrin Miller, will be presenting with workshop leaders Ryan Adams and Alex Emanuel. This is a must-attend event, only available this one time. Admission is $5, and the workshop starts at 2:30 in the Bonanza Room at the Community Center, 851 East William Street.
