Crime Log: Two Carson City men arrested on fugitive from justice warrants

Carson City Sheriff's deputies have arrested the following individuals based on felony or gross misdemeanor allegations:

  • Michael James Bundren, 26, a Carson City resident, at 1:15 p.m. Sunday. Bundren was arrested for a fugitive from justice warrant in his name. Bail has been set at $25,000.
  • Julian Quincy Lewis, 19, a Carson City resident, at 8:30 p.m. Friday. Lewis was arrested for a fugitive from justice warrant in his name. No bail has been set.
  • William Ayers, 55, a Carson City resident, at 3 p.m. Saturday. Ayers was arrested after he turned himself in for possession of the components of an incendiary device. Bail has been set at $20,000.
  • Erica Prieto, 19, a South Lake Tahoe resident, at 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Prieto was arrested for burglary. Bail has been set at $25,000.
  • Justin Robert Jackson, 35, a Carson City resident, at 11 p.m. Saturday. Jackson was arrested for gross misdemeanor allegations of child endangerment, as well as misdemeanor allegations of violation of alternative sentencing and DUI drugs. Bail has been set at $6,500 plus administrative fees.
  • Nancy A. Wemheuer, 45, a Carson City resident, at 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Wemheuer was arrested for possession of prescription medications without a prescription as well as first-offense DUI, hit and run, and duty to give info. Bail has been set at $5,000 plus administrative fees.
  • Angelina McMahon, 46, a South Lake Tahoe resident, at 4:30 p.m. Thursday. McMahon was arrested for burglary as well as misdemeanor allegations of obstructing. Bail has been set at $25,300 plus administrative fees.
  • Chelsea Leigh Roseman, 23, a Reno resident, at 12:45 p.m. Thursday. Roseman was arrested for uttering a forged instrument. Bail has been set at $7,500.

Officers also arrested the following individuals for misdemeanor allegations:

  • A 36-year-old Carson City man for a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
  • A 29-year-old Minden woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
  • A 29-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
  • A 32-year-old Carson City woman for possession of stolen property and four allegations of petit larceny.
  • A 35-year-old Carson City man for probation violation and first-offense domestic battery.
  • A 29-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI and suspended registration.
  • A 19-year-old Carson City woman for a violation of the conditions of a suspended sentence warrant in her name.
  • An unidentified woman for obstructing and resisting.
  • A 35-year-old Gardnerville man for a failure to appear warrant in his name.
  • A 58-year-old transient man for DUI, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane, and brake lamps required.
  • A 32-year-old Carson City man for no valid driver's license, failure to yield, and a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
  • An 18-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
  • A 30-year-old Altadena, Calif. man for first-offense DUI, revoked driver's license, failure to maintain a lane, turn signal required, and a contempt of court warrant in his name.
  • A 32-year-old Dayton man for battery, obstructing with violence, and probation violation.
  • A 24-year-old Carson City man for two contempt of court warrants in his name.
  • A 44-year-old Silver Springs man for probation violation.
  • A 26-year-old Carson City man for failure to maintain a lane, open container, driving while driving, and DUI.
  • A 40-year-old Tenino, Wash. man for a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
  • A 31-year-old Carson Ctiy man for disorderly conduct and two probation violations.
  • A 19-year-old Carson City man for seat belt required, no proof of insurance, turn signal required, no valid driver's license, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and minor consumption.
  • A 27-year-old Carson City man for DUI, suspended registration, failure to maintain a lane, turn signal required, and a DUI warrant in his name.
  • A 45-year-old Carson City woman for violation of bail conditions.
  • A 30-year-old transient man for domestic battery.
  • A 56-year-old Carson City man for second-offense domestic battery.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
