Crime Log: Three men arrested in Carson City for methamphetamine allegations

Carson City Sheriff's deputies have arrested the following individuals based on felony or gross misdemeanor allegations:

  • Terris Lee French III, 35, a Carson City man, at 10:30 p.m. Friday. French was arrested for robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and violation of Parole and Probation restrictions. No bail has been set.
  • Jose Garcia-Gaona, 35, a Carson City man, at 1 p.m. Saturday. Garcia-Gaona was arrested for an unspecified felony warrant as well as trafficking of methamphetamines (588 grams). Bail is set at $252,500.
  • Brian Manuel Ordaz, 18, a Carson City man, at 1 p.m. Saturday. Ordaz was arrested for an unspecified felony warrant as well as trafficking of methamphetamines(588 grams). Bail is set at $252,500.
  • Orion Johnathen Haines, 21, a Gardnerville man, at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Haines was arrested for a felony possession of a controlled substance warrant in his name. No bail has been set.
  • Larry William Hunnewell, 37, a Carson City man, at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Hunnewell was arrested for possession of methamphetamines as well as misdemeanor allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has been set at $3,500.
  • Alida Lynn Rios, 38, a Carson City woman, just after midnight Tuesday. Rios was arrested for child abuse and neglect, as well as an additional gross misdemeanor allegation of child abuse and neglect and a misdemeanor allegation of obstructing a peace officer. Bail is set at $42,800 plus administrative fees.
  • Richard Rios Jr., 26, a Carson City man, just after midnight Tuesday. Rios was arrested for child abuse and neglect, as well as an additional gross misdemeanor allegation of child abuse and neglect. Bail is set at $42,500.
  • Patrick Dye, 45, a Carson City man, at about 10 p.m. Monday. Dye was arrested for gross misdemeanor allegations of false imprisonment. Bail is set at $2,500.
  • Anthony Jesse Borrero, 29, a Carson City man, early Sunday morning. Borrero was arrested for four allegations of possession of a stolen firearm, ex-felon possession of a firearm, and domestic battery with substantial bodily harm, as well as misdemeanor allegations of first-offense domestic battery and obstruction of a peace officer. Bail is set at $28,300 plus administrative fees.
  • Anjanette M. Powell, 37, a Carson City woman, just before 11 p.m. Sunday. Powell was arrested for a felony contempt of court warrant in her name. Bail is set at $200.
  • Francisco Solis-Ledezma, 32, a Carson City man, at 1 p.m. Saturday. Solis-Ledezma was arrested for an unspecified felony warrant as well as trafficking of methamphetamines(588 grams). Bail is set at $252,500.
  • Maria Concecial Miranda, 27, a Wilton, Calif. woman, at 9:30 p.m. Friday. Miranda was arrested for uttering a forged instrument, obtaining money under false pretenses, two allegations of fraudulent use of identification to avoid prosecution, two allegations of burglary, obtaining or using the identification of another for unlawful purposes, and possession of a forged instrument or bill. Bail is set at $95,000.
  • Michael Henry Almaraz, 32, a Stockton, Calif. man, at 9:30 p.m. Friday. Almaraz was arrested for burglary and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Bail is set at $32,500.
  • Zachary Rodriguez-Draper, 22, a Carson City man, at 11:30 p.m. Friday. Rodriguez-Draper was arrested for attempted vehicle burglary. Bail is set at $15,000.
  • Casey Shelaine Stockwell, 22, a Carson City woman, just after midnight Sunday. Stockwell was arrested for a felony possession of a controlled substance warrant in her name as well as misdemeanor allegations of driving on suspended registration and the following misdemeanor warrants in her name: contempt of court(x2), failure to appear traffic(x2). Bail is set at $8,557 plus administrative fees.

Officers also arrested the following individuals for misdemeanor allegations:

  • A 28-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery and no valid driver's license.
  • A 26-year-old Carson City woman for two contempt of court warrants in her name.
  • A 25-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
  • A 26-year-old Carson City man for violation of an alternative sentence.
  • A 38-year-old transient man for trespassing.
  • A 42-year-old Carson City man for violation of a condition of a suspended sentence.
  • A 20-year-old Minden man for two failure to appear traffic warrants in his name.
  • A 53-year-old transient woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
  • A 23-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI and disobedience to a traffic signal.
  • A 31-year-old Carson City man for obstructing an officer, indoxicated pedestrian, injury to a motor vehicle, and destruction of property.
  • A 27-year-old Carson City woman for violation of alternative sentencing.
  • A 33-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI and disobedience to a traffic signal.
  • A 24-year-old Carson City man for a contempt of court warrant in his name.
  • An 18-year-old Silver Springs man for a disorderly conduct warrant in his name.
  • A 51-year-old transient woman for a failure to appear warrant in her name.
  • A 35-year-old Carson City man for violation of a temporary protection order.
  • A 21-year-old Carson City man for failure to maintain a single lane and first-offense DUI.
  • A 35-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI, no valid drivers' license, and disobedience to a traffic signal.
  • A 47-year-old Carson City man for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI drugs.
  • A 41-year-old Sacramento man for an unspecified allegation.
  • A 19-year-old Carson City man for two violations of an alternative sentence.
  • A 29-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI.
  • A 28-year-old Carson City man for disorderly conduct.
  • A 33-year-old Carson City man for driving on the sidewalk and first-offense DUI.
  • A 21-year-old Carson City man for a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
  • A 45-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery.
  • A 40-year-old transient man for failure to register as an ex-felon.
  • A 38-year-old Carson City woman for a Probation and Parole warrant in her name.
  • A 21-year-old Reno woman for violation of probation conditions(x3).
  • A 19-year-old Carson City woman for a failure to appear traffic warrant in her name.
  • A 19-year-old Carson City man for two allegations of violation of a suspended sentence.
  • A 28-year-old Carson City woman for a failure to appear traffic warrant in her name.
  • A 29-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
