A 29-year-old woman from Salem, Oregon was arrested Wednesday afternoon by a Carson City Sheriff's deputy after finding her inside a casino naked from the waist down.
According to the arrest report, a deputy responded to the 5600 block of South Carson Street on a report of a woman inside the men's restroom not wearing pants. Casino security reported the woman removed her pants near the bar area and then entered the restroom.
The deputy found the woman standing outside the men's restroom, and she appeared to be intoxicated and not wearing any pants or underwear. The deputy asked the woman to put her clothes back on. The suspect asked for help finding her pants, and once found, went into the men's room and put them back on.
Once the woman exited the men's room, the deputy asked for her ID, and she refused. Several more efforts to convince the suspect to produce an ID failed, and she attempted to leave the building. The deputy then had to physically restrain her, taking her into custody.
The woman was charged with gross misdemeanor indecent exposure, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and obstructing. Her bail was set at $3,144.
Drake Gerald Vancleave, 48, of Carson City, was arrested Wednesday night in the 1900 block of North Carson Street on a felony warrant out of Washoe County for failure to appear. His bail was set at $25,000.
