Carson City deputies make two alcohol-related arrests
Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies made three misdemeanor related arrests Wednesday. A 54-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. in the 100 block of East Corbett on suspicion of indecent conduct after he allegedly stood in the street and urinated.
The man did not have identification on him and was reported to be homeless. A preliminary breath test was given with a .17 reading, according to the arrest report. Bail: $347.
In other arrests:
— A 43-year-old woman was taken into custody Wednesday, 6:55 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on a misdemeanor charge of violation of a suspended sentence. A deputy responded to the address to check on the welfare of an intoxicated woman.
Dispatched advised the woman was on Alternative Sentencing with a no drinking clause. Alternative Sentencing advised the deputy to arrest the woman for being in violation of the clause when the officer discovered the woman was intoxicated. The woman subsequently blew a .178, according to the arrest report. Bail: $1,000.
— A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Wednesday 5:15 p.m. in the 4000 block of Apollo Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. Bail: $1,130.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
