As a special tip you would be well advised to purchase that new license ASAP, because if you forget, go fishing and get checked by “The Friendly Old Game Warden,” he isn’t going to be very happy nor will you be.

Bet Your favorite Pigeon
Bet your favorite pigeon that he can’t tell you what you pay for your 2011 California Non-Resident fishing license and Second Rod Stamp.
If he grins and says, “You’ll pay $116.90 for the license and $13.53 for the Second Rod Stamp,” he might be one of my regular fishing partners.
