New Gym Offers a Great Price to Lose Weight

Discover a new workout routine that will help burn calories at Carson City’s newest gym, Fitness Evolution, where memberships and variety of classes are offered at a great price.

The previous gymnasium, Gold’s Gym, has switched their affiliation to Fitness Evolution. The new business provides a variety of brand new equipment for various kinds of exercise, such as treadmills, weights, and stair masters. The cost of a membership at Fitness Evolution is $49 for enrollment, $10 a month. But their special July package costs $1 for enrollment, and $19 a month; this special package includes the personal training classes that are offered. Parents are also welcome to bring their children, and drop them off at the Kids Club Child Care provided by the business.

Chris Welton, owner of Carson City’s Fitness Evolution said that if the gym reaches 2500 memberships, the gym might install a pool and expand exercising areas. Welton said that a poll would be provided to members when the business has reached their goal.

“We want to give what our members want, and what makes sense for the business,” Welton said. “Facilities are very clean, and we have phenomenal service.”

Classes that are offered include yoga, kick boxing, prenatal, weight loss and group cycling. There are also unique workout classes provided such as Pump & Sculpt, a functional training class; Zumba, a dancing fitness program; and “Ripped”, a 12-hour body conditioning class.

Shael Welton, the owner of Carson City’s Fitness Evolution, is also a fitness director for weight loss, prenatal, and muscle building classes. Shael hopes that the memberships of Fitness Evolution will increase, and enjoys helping her members reach their workout ambitions.

“We want to accommodate others that have serious goals in mind, and we want to see our members get great results,” Shael said.

Sign up today; Fitness Evolution is located at 3456 North Carson Street. On weekdays, the gym is open from 4:30 A.M. – 9 P.M. Saturday hours are from 6 A.M. – 6 P.M., while Sundays are 6 A.M. – 2 P.M.
