FREE Women's Self Defense Seminar
For her senior project Carson High School Senior Emily Eiswert will be holding a FREE self defense seminar on Saturday March 22, 2014 from 10 am to noon.

In addition, Emily is holding a drive to raise supplies for the local women's shelter Advocates to End Domestic Violence. Suggested donations are: twin sheets, blankets, laundry soap, large size diapers size 4,5 &6, disposable baby wipes, paper towels, cleaning products, hair brushes, dish soap. Monetary donations can be made to Advocates to End Domestic Violence.
Carson High School Senior Emily Eiswert is a 2nd degree black belt and a certified level 1 Training Instructor with the American Taekwondo Association. She has trained in Taekwondo and mixed martial arts for nine years. She a member of the staff Carson ATA Black Belt Academy.
Already an established martial artist, Emily took her training to the next level and learned knife fighting from Carson ATA Black Belt Academy's Chief Instructor Shawn Goodner. She chose to do this to be able to teach knife defense. In addition to learning a new martial arts skill, she also undertook the the challenge of creating a self defense curriculum. She will use this to teach a self defense class to women in Carson City, NV.
